The accommodation is laid out as follows:

 

Immediately preceding the main entrance to the house on the ground floor is the entrance hall, leading on to the kitchen diner, a twin bedroom and a shower room. 

 

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances; including electric hob, double oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and can easily seat 6 people. A washing machine is also provided.

 

The main bathroom is found on the mezzanine floor, and is complete with a bath and electric power shower. On the first floor is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a window seat from which you can observe the life of Stonehaven harbour.  For your convenience bed linen and towels are included in the price.

 

Finally on the second floor is the lounge, boasting breath taking views over Stonehaven harbour, it also offers a 43” led smart TV, DVD player and bluetooth enabled music system.

 

All bedrooms have views out over the harbour.
